PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

XIAOMI GWP PROMOTION

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), an individual over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland (an “Individual Participant”), or a company registered in the same (a “Business Participant”) who between 20th August and 2nd October (“Promotional Period”) purchases a new (i.e. not used or second hand) eligible Xiaomi device as listed at Table 1 below (“Promotion Product”) from a retailer listed at Table 2 below (“Participating Retailer”) may be eligible to receive a free gift, as set out at Table 1 below (“Reward”), subject to availability while supplies last and to the Participant’s full compliance with the Promotion Terms. Orders may only be made from a Participating Retailer and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

1. Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased; up to a maximum of two (2) Claims and corresponding Rewards per Individual Participant; and five (5) total Claims and corresponding Rewards per Business Participant.
2. Purchases from any Retailer not listed in Table 2 are excluded from this promotion.
3. This Promotion is not available to anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
4. Following the dispatch of a Promotion Product, Participants must visit https://www.xiaomiredemption.com and complete the application form with required documents. Claims must be submitted between the 20th August and 2nd November. Claims outside this period are invalid. Participants will receive a confirmation email within fourteen (14) working days of submission.
5. Participants will receive an automated email notification upon Claim submission. Postal claims are not accepted.
6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
7. Valid Claims will be fulfilled within fourteen (14) working days of validation. The €50 voucher code will be sent via email and can be used at https://www.XiaomiIreland.ie.
8. Vouchers expire 3 months after issue and must be used within this time to receive the discount.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or incomplete Claims.
10. The Promoter is not liable for technical failures preventing participation.
11. Incomplete Claims will prompt a notification to rectify omissions within seven (7) working days.
12. If the Participant does not receive validation or request for additional info, they must contact contactus@fonua.com within twenty-eight (28) working days, or the Claim will be disqualified.
13. Returns or cancellations disqualify a Participant. Returned products must be reported to the Promoter.
14. The Promoter may verify identity and order documentation to prevent fraud.
15. The Promoter may modify or terminate the Promotion at any time. Rewards are limited and may be replaced with equivalent items.
16. Personal Data Collected: Name, Address, Email, Contact number, IMEI. Data is processed according to the privacy policies of the Promoter and Administrator:

17. The Administrator: Fónua Limited, Cairn House, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, County Dublin, manages the Promotion for Xiaomi Technology UK Limited. Do not send claims to this address.
18. Complaints should be submitted to contactus@fonua.com.
19. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days, extendable if necessary with notice to the Participant.
20. This Promotion is governed by the law of Ireland.
