PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

XIAOMI GWP PROMOTION

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), an individual over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland (an “Individual Participant”), or a company registered in the same (a “Business Participant”) who between 4th September to 2nd October (“Promotional Period”) purchases a new (i.e. not used or second hand) eligible Xiaomi device as listed in Table 1 below (“Promotion Product”) from a retailer listed in Table 2 below (“Participating Retailer”) may be eligible to receive a free gift, as set out in Table 1 below (“Reward”), subject to availability while supplies last and to full compliance with the Promotion Terms. Orders must be made from a Participating Retailer and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

1. Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product; up to two (2) total Claims and Rewards per Individual Participant, and five (5) total Claims and Rewards per Business Participant.
2. Purchases from retailers not listed in Table 2 are excluded from this promotion.
3. This Promotion is not available to anyone professionally connected to it.
4. After purchasing a Promotion Product, Participants must visit https://www.xiaomiredemption.com and complete the online form with all required documents (including valid order confirmation or store receipt). Claims must be submitted between 4th September and 2nd November (“Claim Period”). Late Claims are not eligible. Claim validation will be confirmed via email within fourteen (14) working days.
5. Participants will receive an automated email confirming their Claim submission. Postal claims will not be accepted.
6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
7. Valid Claims will be fulfilled within fourteen (14) working days of validation via email. The email will contain a €50 discount voucher code for use on https://www.XiaomiIreland.ie.
8. Vouchers expire three (3) months after issue and must be used within this timeframe to redeem the discount.
9. The Promoter may disqualify any fraudulent, incomplete, or illegible Claims at its sole discretion.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing participation in the Promotion.
11. Incomplete Claims will prompt an email allowing seven (7) working days to supply missing information.
12. If no validation email or request for additional info is received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact contactus@fonua.com within twenty-eight (28) working days. Failure to do so will invalidate the Claim.
13. Participants who cancel or return their Promotion Product will be disqualified. Returns after a Claim must be reported to the Promoter.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify claims by requesting further documentation and participant identity.
15. The Promoter may amend, withdraw, or end the Promotion without notice. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Equivalent substitutions may be made in unforeseen circumstances.
16. Personal data collected: Name, Address, Email, Contact number, IMEI. All data will be processed in accordance with the following privacy policies:

17. The Administrator: Fónua Limited, Cairn House, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, County Dublin, manages this promotion for Xiaomi Technology UK Limited, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, RG1 3EU, UK. Do not send claims or correspondence to this address.
18. Complaints should be sent to contactus@fonua.com.
19. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days, extendable in exceptional circumstances with notice to the Participant.
20. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Ireland.
